DANGEO Energy is the leading utility-scale solar & net-metering project developer in the Republic of Georgia. The Company was founded in 2023 as a joint venture between Danish and Georgian investors with lengthy experience from both contries in developing renewable energy and photovoltaic (“PV”) projects as well as a strong network and knowhow of doing business in the Caucasus region 🇬🇪🇩🇰

DANGEO Energy is owned 2/3 by KBR Infrastructure ApS, subsidiary of KBR Equity ApS, a Danish LP leveraging strong regional knowhow, and 1/3 by Giorgi Abuladze; the Company’s CEO and a PV pioneer in the Republic of Georgia (the “Partners”).

Through its circle of Partners, the Company draws on profound experience with developing renewable energy projects on both BOOM, BOT, EPC and PPP basis in Denmark, Georgia and beyond.

In combination, we offer infrastructure investors “best of both worlds” credentials, developing PV projects through SPV partnerships with stable and high-yield ROI in a new market which the Company leads development in.

Phase 1: "Apnia project"

Our Phase 1 SPV (formally “GEO Infrastructure Project 1 LLC”) is a 4 x 500KW net-metering project completed in less than one year in Apnia with non-time limited Power Purchase Agreements (“PPA”) in place for four private-sector clients.
