DANGEO Energy is the leading utility-scale solar developer in the Republic of Georgia. The group of companies was founded in 2023-2024 as a joint venture between Danish and Georgian investors with lengthy experience from both contries in developing renewable energy and photovoltaic (“PV”) projects as well as a strong network and knowhow of doing business between EU and the Caucasus 🇬🇪🇩🇰

DANGEO Energy is a joint-venture partnership owned 2/3 by KBR Infrastructure ApS, a Danish investment company of LPs leveraging strong regional knowhow, and 1/3 by CEO Giorgi Abuladze, a seasoned PV pioneer in the Republic of Georgia.

Together, the partners draw on profound experience with developing renewable energy projects on both BOOM, PPP and EPC basis in Denmark, Georgia and beyond.

In combination, DANGEO Energy offer infrastructure investors “best of both worlds” credentials, developing PV projects through SPV partnerships with stable and high-yield ROI in a new and exciting market.

Our Phase 1 SPV (formally “GEO Infrastructure Project 1 LLC”) is a 4 x 500KW net-metering project completed in less than one year in Apnia with non-time limited Power Purchase Agreements (“PPA”) in place for four private-sector clients.
